For orders under $100, the shipping cost is $4.78.
Estimates Delivery Time
We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that order processing times do not include shipping transit times.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us at contact@cobaltember.com with details, including the item name and code, and attach photos if applicable. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Change of Address
We cannot modify the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@cobaltember.com.
