2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

- Free Delivery: Free shipping on all orders over £100
- Standard Delivery: Flat-rate shipping of £4.78 for orders under £100
United States
- Free Delivery: Free shipping on all orders over $100
- Standard Delivery: Flat-rate shipping of $6.40 for orders under $100
All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value and destination.
Any applicable taxes, customs, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by destination country.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the delivery progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please note:
- Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events.
- If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us, and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
- If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, no one available to accept the delivery, or unclaimed from the post office), the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or territories not listed in our shipping zones.
